Responsibilities include managing tax planning, compliance, and reporting, coordinating with external advisors on returns and K-1s, and overseeing monthly and year-end close while improving controls and processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience, tax focus preferred.
• Public accounting tax experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of partnership or pass-through taxation.
• CPA preferred or pursuing certification.
• Strong Excel, analytical and organizational skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional coming out of public accounting who is looking to transition into an in-house role. The position will focus on partnership tax, partner compensation, and general accounting oversight, while working closely with senior leadership and external tax advisors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee partnership tax planning, compliance, and reporting
• Coordinate with external tax advisors on tax returns, estimates, and K-1s
• Manage partner compensation, distributions, capital accounts, and tax payments
• Oversee general accounting functions, including billing, accounts payable, payroll, and reconciliations
• Support monthly and year-end close processes
• Improve accounting procedures, internal controls, and reporting
• Provide guidance to Finance team members and support special projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Public accounting tax experience preferred
• Knowledge of partnership or pass-through entity taxation
• CPA preferred, or willingness to pursue certification

Compensation & Work Environment

• $100,000–$150,000 base salary, depending on experience
