Hawkins Ash CPAs in Neenah, Wisconsin is seeking a Tax Supervisor to lead client engagements from start to finish, supervise staff, and deliver proactive tax planning. You’ll review returns, identify opportunities for advisory services, and help clients navigate complex tax issues while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Four to six years of similar tax experience.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with MS Office and tax software.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagements from start to finish; including projecting, planning, supervising, directing, and completing tax projects.
• Review individual, business, and fiduciary tax returns in accordance with Firm and professional standards.
• Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work closely with other team members to identify and research complex tax issues.
• Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks.
• Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Attend networking and continuing professional education seminars.
• Assist with initiatives of various Firm committees.

What you’ll do:

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA preferred
• Four to six years of similar experience

• Travel locally to/from engagements, which may include overnight travel as needed
