Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's in Accounting.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Must meet educational requirements to sit for CPA exam in intended state.

Responsibilities

• Support tax teams in delivering tax advice and planning strategies.
• Assist in preparation/review of corporate tax returns and compliance documents.
• Analyze complex tax regulations to optimize tax positions and minimize risks.
• Engage in international tax planning and multistate tax compliance.
• Conduct tax research to support projects and provide solutions.
• Collaborate to develop tax models and structures for clients.
• Assist in tax provisions and audits to validate compliance.
