Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's in Accounting.
• At least a 3.0 overall GPA.
• Before starting full-time at PwC, meet educational requirements to sit for CPA exam in your state of employment.
• Client service intern positions are entry-level; typically third year of a four-year degree or fourth year of a five-year program at application.

Responsibilities

• Supporting tax teams in delivering comprehensive tax advice and planning strategies.
• Preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns and compliance documents.
• Analyzing complex tax regulations to optimize tax positions and minimize risks.
• Engaging in international tax planning and multistate tax compliance activities.
• Conducting tax research to support consulting projects and provide innovative solutions.
• Collaborating with team members to develop tax models and structures for clients.
• Contributing to the preparation of tax provisions and audits to validate compliance.
• Observing and learning from experienced tax professionals to enhance personal development.
• Applying data analytics to identify opportunities for tax optimization and efficiency.
• Supporting development of regulatory compliance consulting strategies for diverse industries.
