Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent license.
• Experience in professional service environment (CPA/consulting firm).
• Minimum CPE credits as required.
• Experience with tax software and research tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and review client tax returns for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies for clients.
• Manage a portfolio of tax engagements and supervise staff.
• Monitor engagement budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate tax research and respond to client inquiries.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations on tax matters.
• Foster client relationships and serve as trusted advisor.
• Ensure internal quality control and timely filings.
