You won't be answering questions from a script. You'll be the person customers actually want to talk to when a compliance question gets complicated, and a trusted internal voice when colleagues need a clear read on what a tax rule actually means in practice. Part SME, part translator, part problem-solver.

What you'll do:

• Become the trusted tax voice customers turn to for compliance, filing and process questions
• Get close enough to the day-to-day to speak fluently about how everything actually works
• Support onboarding, so customers get things right from day one
• Turn customer pain points into real process improvements, working closely with colleagues across the business
• Build the documentation and playbooks that make complex tax simple for customers
• Step into strategic moments like new market launches and regulatory change

You’ll thrive if you:

• Bring 4+ years in tax operations, compliance, indirect tax or accounting operations
• Can explain a genuinely complicated tax concept so it actually lands, whoever you're talking to
• Like being close to customers, not removed from them
• Move well across priorities without losing sharpness on detail
