Job description

Tax Reporting Specialist

Join an existing and dynamic Tax team that solves complex tax issues for the Americas region. We are looking for a Tax Reporting Specialist to:

1. Prepare quarterly IFRS federal, state, and foreign tax provisions, reconcile tax accounts, and support deferred tax balances.
2. Analyze financial data, calculate tax adjustments, and report accurate taxable income via the quarterly tax provision process.
3. Collaborate with external Big 4 co-sourcing partners to review federal and foreign tax filings.
4. Assist with responses to IRS inquiries through thorough analysis and communication.
5. Contribute to the implementation of tax risk controls and improvements.
6. Develop, maintain, and monitor transfer pricing policies and analyze intercompany transactions.

Work Location: Stamford, CT or Nashville, TN. You will work with experienced accountants and attorneys in all facets of tax, playing a key role in accurate and timely tax reporting.

Your Expertise

• CPA and/or bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field (preferred).
• Experience in accounting, audit, or tax is a plus.
• Big 4 or public accounting experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment and deliver results.
