Job summary

Brewer, Eyeington, Patout & Co seeks a Tax Service Administrator (TSA) to support the Tax Department with document management, workflow coordination, and client service. You will be the link between tax preparers, supervisors, clients, and administrative teams, ensuring data accuracy and timely deliverables.

You’ll use autoflow and SafeSend tools, collaborate across offices in Bryan, Navasota, and Madisonville, and contribute to quality standards while maintaining confidentiality and a proactive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or accounting.
• Experience with tax workflow systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tax documents and workflow to ensure timely returns.
• Review documentation and engage with clients and staff to ensure accuracy.
• Support onboarding and scheduling for advisory clients.
• Provide courteous client service in person, on the phone, and by email.
• Promote process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
