Job summary

H.T. Prof Executive Search is seeking a Tax Senior for a well established, highly profitable regional CPA firm.

The Senior will supervise and review tax returns, perform research, and lead client service efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• Master's degree in taxation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and reviews complex tax returns and handles government tax examinations.
• Manages tax staff and delegates tasks to preparers.
• Provides tax advisory services and client coaching.
• Ensures timely, accurate tax filings within budgeted timelines.
• Supervises and trains semi-seniors and staff accountants.
