Based in the Manhattan borough of New York City, this position will work closely with TPG Angelo Gordon, a global alternative asset management platform focused on credit and real estate investments.
This role will be part of the real estate tax team. This role will be responsible for tax compliance, information reporting and basic tax research for the firm’s real estate strategy. As our tax team is used as a resource by our business, asset management, operations and accounting teams, you will get real estate experience outside of normal tax compliance. In addition, this role will be involved in all aspects of real estate tax advisory, including fund, investor and investment structuring.
This position requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.
As a Tax Senior, you will be responsible for the following:This salary range is specific to the state(s) listed and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill set and education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the range for this position is $95,000 to $105,000.
