Requirements

• Active CPA license
• Minimum of 9 tax seasons working with privately held companies in public accounting
• Minimum of 4 tax seasons as a manager in public accounting performing technical review of work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with business clients generating $5-$50+ million in revenue
• Industry knowledge in construction/contractors, real estate, and/or professional services
• Motivated to advise clients with varying skill levels
• Expertise in income tax planning, estate and gift planning, international tax, and tax controversy
• Interest in guiding and mentoring team members towards their career goals
