We serve wealthy individuals, families and family offices with comprehensive tax planning, estate and gift taxation, and business succession. This role offers leadership, client interaction and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required.
• CPA, Law License, or EA required/eligible.
• Eight (8) years of experience in tax/tax planning.
• Experience in tax return review for high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Experience supervising staff and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals, family offices and their private businesses.
• Lead multiple engagements delivering proactive tax planning including estate, gift and generation-skipping tax.
• Advise on business succession planning and charitable gifting strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on tax laws and apply authorities to complex tax situations.
• Assist with engagement staffing, billing, collections and profitability targets.
