Baker Tilly, one of the fastest growing CPA advisory firms in the nation, has a career opportunity for a Tax Senior Manager, Private Wealth to join our growing High Net Worth Seattle Tax practice. Our Private Wealth team serves wealthy individuals, families, and their business owners with comprehensive tax and advisory services.

You will lead engagements, provide sophisticated tax planning, and collaborate with clients’ other advisors to deliver holistic wealth management solutions.

Qualifications

• CPA, Law License, or EA required.
• Eight (8) years of experience required.
• Bachelor’s, master’s, or advanced degree in accounting preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S., without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals, family offices and their private businesses/investment entities.
• Lead multiple engagements delivering proactive tax planning and strategic consulting (estate, gift, generation skipping).
• Advise on business succession planning.
• Manage staffing, billing, and profitability targets for client engagements.
• Develop relationships with clients and internal/external advisors.
• Support professional development and mentoring of team members.
