Baker Tilly is seeking a Tax Senior Manager, Private Wealth to join our High Net Worth Seattle Tax practice. You will lead and deliver sophisticated tax compliance and consulting for affluent individuals, family offices, and private businesses, including estates, trusts, and complex planning strategies.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in personal taxation, trust and estate planning, and a track record of mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required.
• CPA, Law License, or EA required.
• Eight (8) years of experience required.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S., without sponsorship.
• Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals, family offices and trusts.
• Lead multiple engagements delivering proactive tax planning and consulting for estate, gift and generation-skipping tax.
• Advise on business succession planning for clients.
• Stay updated on tax authorities and apply guidance to complex cases.
• Manage staffing, billing and profitability targets on engagements.
• Network and build relationships with clients and colleagues.
