Responsibilities include:

• Providing tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities and partnerships for Asset Management clients.
• Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide industry knowledge and experience.
• Overseeing a portfolio of clients and acting as the primary contact for internal and external clients.
• Managing teams of tax professionals and assistants on client projects.
• Advising clients and ensuring high-quality tax services and advice.
• Participating in and contributing to market and business activities outside the firm.

Additional responsibilities for Senior Manager:

• Managing risk and financial performance of engagements, including billing, collections, and budgets.
• Collaborating with professionals to identify new marketplace opportunities and grow the practice.

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of recent pass-through and partnership tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; CPA, JD/LLM, EA, or other approved credentials. Candidates without these credentials have one year from hire to obtain at least one.
• Experience with pass-through entities and partnerships.
• Experience managing multiple client engagements and teams.

Additional qualifications for Senior Manager:

• Minimum eight years of recent pass-through and partnership tax experience.
• Experience mentoring staff.
