Job summary

DMJPS PLLC is seeking a Tax Senior Manager or Manager in Durham, NC to build and grow client relationships, provide tax planning, coach staff, and lead tax compliance across partnerships, trusts, corporations, and individuals. Multi-state filings experience is preferred.

The role demands CPA certification with 7+ years in public accounting, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities. Growth opportunities and competitive benefits are emphasized.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting; Masters in Accounting/Taxation preferred.
• CPA with at least 7 years in public accounting.
• Experience with tax planning and compliance for partnerships, trusts, corporations, and individuals (multi-state filings preferred).
• Gift tax experience is a bonus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with CCH Axcess (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent client interpersonal skills.
• Ability to direct and lead others.
