BDO USA is seeking a Tax Senior for the Business Incentives Group in Boston to identify, calculate, document, and support tax credits and incentives. You will lead or assist with client workplans, data collection, and deliverables while mentoring junior staff and interns.

The role emphasizes strong communication, project management, and staying updated on tax laws and incentive programs. Prior tax consulting experience and CPA/EA/JD are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Two (2) or more years of experience in accounting, tax, or finance—internships count.
• CPA, Enrolled Agent, or JD preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or support identification and documentation of qualifying activities and costs.
• Prepare calculations, schedules, and documentation of available tax credits and incentives.
• Interview client personnel to obtain data and supporting information.
• Draft client deliverables detailing analyses and results.
• Mentor and train interns, associates, and other senior associates.
• Research potential new clients and opportunities in tax incentives.
