Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant tax experience.
• Bachelor’s and/or relevant advanced degree (MAcc, MST, JD).
• Advanced credential or desire to obtain advanced credential (CPA, JD).
• Self-starter with initiative; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient use of technology.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review ASC 740 tax provisions.
• Review and prepare tax returns.
• Collaborate with engagement team to identify and research complex client issues and recommend solutions.
• Draft technical tax memoranda.
• Provide regular updates to clients.
• Assist in project management of compliance and consulting engagements.
• Supervise, train and mentor Associates and Interns; receive training from tax leaders.
