Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics.
• Be a licensed attorney, CPA, EA, or a certified member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional services or tax services organization.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient using Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and Power Point.
• Experience with financial and tax applications such as Gosystems, Onesource TP, Corp Tax, as required by area of specialization.
• Proficient in the use of various tax and accounting technologies.
• Willingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex tax/accounting regulatory filings and other business analysis.
• Coordinate day-to-day interactions with the team to ensure timely client deliverables.
• Lead engagements and manage team resources to deliver high-quality work.
• Support the acquisition of new clients through calls and presentations.
• Develop, document, and align on processes to support clients and internal teams.
• Mentor/coach team members to develop technical and leadership capabilities.
