BDO USA, LLP in Boston seeks a tax professional to support our Alternative Investments practice. You will provide tax compliance and consulting services for venture capital, private equity, hedge funds, and real estate clients.

Role includes leading engagements, mentoring Associates, and overseeing budgeting and billing. Requires 2+ years of tax experience and CPA or equivalent credentials are preferred.

Formación

• Two or more years of tax experience
• Experience supporting Alternative Investment funds (VC, PE, real estate, hedge funds) preferred
• CPA, Attorney (US) or Enrolled Agent preferred
• Bachelor's degree with CPA requirement or related certification
• Master's degree in Accountancy or Taxation preferred

Responsabilidades

• Provide tax compliance services for federal, state and international matters
• Deliver tax consulting on strategies to optimize client tax positions
• Lead engagements with a team of tax professionals and manage budgets
• Mentor associates and supervise tax teams
• Ensure billing, collections and project documentation are properly handled
