Zusammenfassung

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Tax Manager for Alternative Investments in Massachusetts. You will oversee tax compliance and consulting for venture capital, private equity, real estate, and hedge fund clients.

You will lead engagements, mentor junior staff, manage budgets and client relationships, and ensure adherence to the firm’s tax quality standards. CPA/EA preferred, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifikationen

• Five (5) or more years of relevant tax experience and/or public accounting, private industry accounting, or consulting/professional services experience, required.
• Financial Services industry experience supporting Alternative Investment funds including Venture Capital, Private Equity, Real Estate, and Hedge Funds, preferred.
• Proficiency in the taxation of partnerships, preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• CPA certification, Attorney (admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction), or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (EA) (or the equivalent).

• Manages engagements including billing, collections, and project budgets.
• Leads and mentors Tax Seniors and Associates; builds and maintains client relationships.
