Experienced Tax Manager for Growing CPA Firm

Job Responsibilities:

As a Tax Manager/Senior Tax Accountant, you will:

• Accumulate, analyze, and process financial data to prepare tax returns.
• Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Ensure client adherence to compliance-related deadlines.
• Maintain communication with personnel on engagements regarding tax issues.
• Research tax concepts and apply them to client situations.
• Participate in professional groups for growth opportunities.
• Identify and communicate expanded service opportunities with clients.
• Develop and nurture external referral networks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA Certification
• 2-4 years of professional tax experience with an emphasis on partnership taxation
• Experience with CCH Pro System FX and/or strong QuickBooks skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
