This is an opportunity to join an established CPA firm where you'll have meaningful client exposure, varied tax work, and a clear path to keep progressing—without moving into a purely production-focused environment.

Compensation: $88,000–$100,000, depending on experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You’ll work across a varied client base and take ownership of a broad range of tax work, including:

  • Helping resolve tax notices and other client issues
  • Supporting tax planning and special assignments

WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 3+ years of public accounting tax experience

WHY PEOPLE MAKE THIS KIND OF MOVE

The role is particularly suited to someone who wants more from their next step:

More client interaction.

Build relationships rather than simply completing returns behind the scenes.

More variety.

Work across different entity types and tax situations rather than being boxed into one narrow area.

Take on greater responsibility as you develop, with the opportunity to continue advancing.

Better working environment.

A collaborative team, regular social events, and a firm that puts genuine emphasis on its people.

Flexibility.

A hybrid schedule gives you a balance between working with the team and having flexibility outside the office.

  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • Disability coverage
  • Paid time off
  • Hybrid working arrangement

THE BOTTOM LINE

If you're a Tax Associate ready to step up or a Tax Senior who has started questioning whether your current firm is the right long-term home, this is a role worth exploring.
