Qualifications

• 2+ years Customer Service experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Complete our Jackson Hewitt Customer Service Associate training.
• Greet all clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Schedule Tax Preparer appointments, coordinate client flow, and keep clients engaged during waits.
• Input sensitive client data into our proprietary software accurately.
• Answer phones and resolve client issues.
• Maintain a clean and inviting workplace.
