Job summary

CLA in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Coordinator to support tax season from January to April. This role provides direct client support and assists service team leaders in Assurance, Tax, or Outsourcing with marketing and administrative tasks.

You will process client documents, organize files, track deadlines, and help ensure timely delivery of tax organizers and returns. Prior experience in professional services and strong software skills are valued.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to quickly master new software applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Products.
• Experience with CCH ProSystemFx is preferred.
• Familiarity with CCH products, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, CRM, Adobe, and other internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Bethlehem office during tax season (Jan–Apr).
• Assist service team leaders in marketing and administration efforts.
• Process client documents and manage workflow to ensure timely deliveries.
• Draft client communications and coordinate scheduling and meetings.
• Provide direct client support and respond to client needs.
