CLA is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Coordinator for our Shelton, CT office. This part-time role supports the office during tax season (January–April) by handling service activities and providing direct client support to primary teams in Assurance, Tax, or Outsourcing.

You will assist with tax workflows, client document processing, and ensuring timely communication and data accuracy across multiple internal systems.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Professional services industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products.
• Experience with CCH ProSystemFx is preferred.
• Familiarity with CCH products, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, CRM, Adobe, and other internal systems.

Aufgaben

• Support office teams during tax season and year-round client service activities.
• Assist Tax, Assurance, Outsourcing, or Digital service teams with administration and workflow tasks.
• Process client documents, prepare and deliver returns, and manage deadlines and eFile processes.
• Coordinate engagement letters, client invoices, and other deliverables.
