Job summary

Washington County is seeking a Tax Roll Administration (TRA) Supervisor within the Department of Assessment & Taxation to lead the TRA team, oversee tax roll calculations, and maintain data accuracy across the property tax database.

You will coordinate with multiple groups, ensure timely reporting, and support the Tax Collection season while guiding staff through recruitment, training, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, public administration, computer science, or related field.
• Three years of experience administrating computer databases, data entry, and reporting; at least one year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Tax Roll Administration team and manage projects within the TRA.
• Coordinate with multiple work groups and external agencies.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff within Tax Roll Administration.
• Support customer service and payment processing during tax collection season.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with deadlines.
