H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Tax Interview Assistant in Texas to help begin client interviews and collect W-2 data. You will also help close interviews by assembling tax returns, obtaining signatures, and reviewing the final product with clients.

You will support delivering superior service to all clients, while following procedures and ensuring accurate data entry using Windows-based tax software. Additional state and local requirements may apply to the role.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.
