Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Tax Interview Assistant in Jesup, GA to help start and close tax interviews by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program and assembling the tax return.

You will ensure clients receive superior service, review the finished product with the client, obtain signatures, and support bookkeeping procedures. A high school diploma and basic math/communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, and completing bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.
