Job summary

Armanino Advisory LLC seeks a Resource Management Senior Specialist for Tax to drive staffing and utilization excellence within the Tax practice. You will partner with Tax leadership to align workforce plans with business goals and deliver insights that affect client delivery and profitability.

You will collaborate with HR, Talent Development, and Recruiting to support hiring, onboarding, and succession planning while ensuring data integrity across resource systems and implementing continuous

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in resource management, workforce planning, or operations within professional services
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders in a matrixed environment
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with data-driven insights

Responsibilities

• Lead resource planning for Tax engagements, driving proactive staffing discussions
• Forecast resource capacity at engagement and portfolio levels to identify trends and risks
• Advise leaders on workforce optimization balancing utilization and client service
• Develop and manage reporting tools to track utilization and demand
• Own data integrity for resource management platforms and drive improvements
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Development, and Recruiting on hiring and onboarding
• Coach junior team members on scheduling and stakeholder communication
• Understand Tax engagement workflows and staffing models in professional services
• Lead continuous improvement to standardize processes and increase effectiveness
• Contribute to headcount planning and strategic staffing initiatives for Tax
• Partner with leadership to improve engagement profitability and employee satisfaction
