Job summary

Armanino is seeking a senior tax professional to lead complex engagements for individuals, partnerships, and corporations within a dynamic accounting firm. You will review work papers, advise on transactions, and manage client relationships to minimize risk and maximize value.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Accounting/Tax, CPA/EA eligibility, and 8+ years in public accounting with 4+ years in a leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related discipline is required.
• Qualified to practice before the IRS (i.e, JD, CPA, or EA).
• Master’s Degree in Accounting or Taxation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical review of engagement work papers and tax returns for Individuals, Partnerships, S and C-corporations.
• Provide consultation on business and/or personal transactions and related tax implications.
• Develop responses to IRS and other regulatory audits, notices and inquiries.
• Lead and manage large, complex engagements and mentor staff.
• Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell services.
