Job summary

TaxRise is seeking a Case Manager III to work directly with Enrolled Agents, moving complex tax resolution cases toward successful outcomes. You will gather documentation, coordinate next steps, and ensure agents have what they need to advocate for clients.

The role requires coordinating with IRS contacts, tracking deadlines, and communicating clearly with clients. This is a 100% on-site position with full-time hours and a strong emphasis on timely case progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in document coordination, loan processing, or similar administrative roles; tax-related experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex requests clearly.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and tax software is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enrolled Agents to support active tax resolution cases.
• Review case needs and prioritize outreach based on deadlines and urgency.
• Assist with time-sensitive cases involving Revenue Officers and OIC Examiners.
• Communicate with Revenue Officers and OIC Examiners to obtain docs and updates.
• Track IRS requests, deadlines, and follow-ups to keep cases moving.
• Relay updates to Enrolled Agents and coordinate client follow-up.
• Maintain detailed CRM notes and document case progress.
