City National Bank is seeking an Information Reporting Specialist in Jacksonville to support non-U.S. clients, ensuring W8 compliance and handling 1042S reporting. The role provides analytical support for day-to-day tax processing and uses internal systems to generate operating and administration reports.

You will perform data extraction, validate W8 documentation, and propose process improvements. A strong Excel skillset and attention to detail are essential for success in a fast-paced banking

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Operations analysis or Tax Analysis.
• 2+ years Microsoft Excel experience (VLOOKUP, pivots, macros).
• 1+ year experience analyzing and reporting data.

Responsibilities

• Creates ad hoc reports and data extractions.
• Validates IRS Form W8 data and supports tax documentation.
• Identifies automation opportunities to improve reporting and controls.
• Evaluates report accuracy and writes procedures.
• Manages W8 processing and NRA withholding; assists with year-end tasks.
