The ideal candidate will prepare individual, business, and trust tax returns while researching complex tax issues and helping clients navigate federal and state tax matters. Strong collaboration and client-service focus are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience preparing individual and business tax returns preferred.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual, business, and trust tax returns.
• Research and resolve complex tax issues.
• Assist clients with federal and state tax matters.
• Identify and implement tax-planning strategies.
• Provide thoughtful, personalized support based on client needs.
• Collaborate with team to provide comprehensive client service.
• Complete special projects as assigned by management.
