H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs and to provide advanced tax training. You’ll work with an expert team to build client relationships and support clients through the tax process.

You will conduct interviews, prepare complete returns, and offer additional products and IRS support while mentoring teammates in a fast-paced environment using virtual tools.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership)
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews
• Experience with tax planning and audit support
• Sales and/or marketing experience

Your Expertise

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax
• Experience completing individual returns
• Experience working in a fast-paced environmentComfort working with virtual tools – video, phone and chat
• Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone and in writing
• Must complete continuing education requirement and meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements
• High school diploma / equivalent or higher
