H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs under the guidance of an expert team. You will conduct client interviews, prepare returns, and help grow the practice while delivering IRS support.

This role requires a degree in accounting and certifications, with experience in virtual interviews and complex returns.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification is preferred.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.

Your Expertise:

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment
• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax
• Experience completing individual returns
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working with virtual tools – video, phone and chat
• Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone and in writing
• Must complete continuing education requirement and meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements
• High school diploma / equivalent or higher
