Job summary

isolved is seeking a Tax Production Specialist to support the Tax Department and assist the Tax Operations team with payroll service clients. The role involves handling daily tax mail, processing POA forms, and maintaining client records in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include data outreach, printing and filing for returns, and helping implement tax operations best practices. Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.

• Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office products.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a busy environment with multiple deadlines.
• Possess strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Description

The Tax Production Specialist supports the Tax Department to aid team initiatives. This person works closely with the Tax Operations team to support the payroll service client base

Core Job Duties

• Sort and manage daily tax mail
• Operate in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare and process power of attorney forms
• Maintain office supplies for tax team
• Aid in initial client outreach for operational data management initiatives
• Manage client records and create cases
• Assist with Daily, ME/QE/YE printing and filing of returns on behalf of clients
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Make regular trips to the post office
• Other projects as assigned by Tax Production Lead or Tax Operations Manager

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be extremely organized, have attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines
• Analytical with strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal) to interface effectively with individuals at various levels
• Leadership and time management skills
• Assists with establishing tax operations best practices and process improvements
