Qualifications

• Experience in tax processing or preparation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Print, assemble, and electronically deliver tax returns across corporate, partnership, individual, trust, estate, and exempt filings.
• Prepare paper filings and assemble returns for client portals, secure file-sharing, and email delivery.
• Perform quality reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with firm standards.
• Coordinate timely distribution of deliverables to clients and internal teams.
• Communicate with clients, colleagues, and management regarding processing and deliverables.
• Monitor and manage deadlines and workflow in a fast-paced environment.
• Work collaboratively, support teammates, and adapt to changing priorities during peak tax seasons.
