Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, processing, clerical, or office support roles.
• Experience in public accounting or professional services is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Print, assemble, and organize tax returns and related client documents.
• Prepare and distribute tax organizers and client materials.
• Organize SurePrep workpapers and store documents in firm systems.
• Assist with organizing tax records and processing documentation.
• Sort and distribute mail and packages; handle outgoing mail and shipments.
• Support invoicing and client delivery processes with complete documentation.
