Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Tax Principal to lead the Denver Industrial/Consumer Products tax practice. You will provide high‑level federal tax advisory and compliance, mentor staff, and develop client relationships with mid‑market to multinational clients.

You will work with firm leadership to grow the practice, oversee tax planning, and participate in proposals while maintaining the firm’s commitment to quality and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters or advanced degree desirable; CPA/JD/EA required.
• 15+ years’ federal tax compliance and consulting experience in a professional services firm.
• 5+ years’ supervisory experience; strong leadership and client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead federal tax compliance and consulting for commercial clients; grow client relationships.
• Oversee staffing, project delivery, and profitability targets on tax engagements.
