FedEx is seeking a senior tax professional to research, propose and organize tax policy development and implementation. You will collaborate with business partners and outside advisors to drive company-wide planning initiatives and ensure compliance across transactions.

The role requires strong experience in corporate tax, financial analysis and effective communication, with hybrid work flexibility centered in Memphis, TN and surrounding states.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years directly related experience in regional, international public accounting firm, or corporate tax department.
• CPA/ MBA preferred as stated in education.
• Knowledge of U.S. corporate tax matters for multinational operations.

Responsabilités

• Research and organize development and implementation of company-wide tax planning initiatives.
• Provide tax support on corporate acquisitions, divestitures, and internal restructuring transactions including due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
• Assist tax compliance and tax accounting teams on implications of transactions.
• Monitor tax law changes and model income tax impacts.
• Prepare executive level summaries and presentations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
