H&R Block, Inc. is seeking team-minded individuals to support clients through the tax interview process in a retail office setting. You will enter client and W-2 data, assemble returns, obtain signatures, and review the finished product with clients. You’ll also perform bookkeeping tasks and provide superior service.

Strong communication skills and basic math abilities are essential, with experience in Windows-based programs preferred. Additional state/local requirements may apply.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.

Responsabilidades
