Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Tax Interview Assistant in Mocksville, NC. You will help start tax interviews by entering client and W-2 information into the tax software and support the closing steps by assembling returns, obtaining signatures, and reviewing the product with clients.

You will also uphold superior service across all clients. The role requires basic reading and math skills, strong communication, and familiarity with Windows-based programs, with additional state/local

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.

Responsibilities
