Job summary

H&R Block in Somerville, TN is seeking a team member to support tax interviews by entering client and W-2 information into the tax software and by helping prepare the initial interview. You will also assist in closing interviews, gathering signatures, reviewing the completed return with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures while delivering superior service to every client.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic reading and math skills, and the ability to communicate clearly

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reading and math skills necessary to complete tax interview.
• Effective in-person and phone communication.
• Experience with Windows-based software is helpful.
• Additional state/local requirements may apply.
