Job summary

H&R Block in Moyock, NC is seeking an entry-level tax associate to assist with client interviews, entering W-2 information into the tax program, and gathering required signatures. You will assemble the tax return, review the finished product with the client, and complete bookkeeping procedures while ensuring all clients receive superior service.

Strong math, reading, and communication skills are valued, along with familiarity with Windows-based software.

Qualifications

• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
