H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an entry-level team member to support tax interview processes at our Sheridan, WY location. You will help collect client data, enter W-2 information, and assist in assembling tax returns under supervision.

You will review the completed return with the client, obtain signatures, and help ensure accurate bookkeeping while delivering superior service to every client.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reading and math skills are required to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.

Responsabilités
