Job summary

H&R Block is seeking an entry-level team member to assist with the tax interview process. You will enter client and W-2 data, help assemble and review tax returns, obtain signatures, and ensure high-quality service for every client.

The role focuses on accurate data entry, clear communication with clients, and adherence to franchisee procedures. This position is typically part-time and seasonal, supporting busy tax seasons.

Qualifications

• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.

Responsibilities
