Job summary

H&R Block in Joshua, TX is seeking an entry-level Tax Interview Assistant to support tax season operations. You will enter client and W-2 information into the tax program, help assemble the tax return, obtain signatures, and review the completed product with the client.

You should have a high school diploma, strong reading and math skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service
• All other duties as assigned
