Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an entry-level tax professional to support the tax interview process at the franchise office. You’ll assist with gathering client information, entering W-2 data into the tax software, and ensuring accuracy throughout the interview.

You’ll help assemble returns, obtain signatures, review results with clients, and perform bookkeeping steps, while delivering superior service and complying with state and local requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.
• Additional state and local requirements may apply.
