Job summary

H&R Block is seeking an entry-level Tax Interview Support Associate in Michigan. You will help during the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into our tax program, and you’ll assist with assembling returns and obtaining client signatures.

You’ll contribute to delivering superior service to every client. Strong reading and math skills, good communication, and familiarity with Windows-based programs are preferred.

Qualifications

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client information into the tax program.
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service
• All other duties as assigned

Your Expertise

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional course work in math, accounting, or finance
